GDPR and Data Erasure

Mobile devices can contain compromising data and our data erasure and processing methods have been heavily vetted and forensically tested by a number of parties including the Metropolitan Police to ensure that we meet standards. Our GDPR and Data Erasure document details the process.

Instructions for Collection

If you proceed with a quotation please fill in the Shipping Form (page 5 onwards) and request pick up. A collection will be arranged - this is free and fully insured. Please note collections are handled by a third party courier, typically UPS or DHL and will be between 9am and 5pm.

What happens when the devices arrive at CMR?

Consignments will arrive with CMR the next working day and will be processed within 48 hours of receipt unless a longer time frame is agreed upon for very large orders.

Once the order has been processed and completed you will be notified by an email of the final valuation. Upon acceptance we will then issue invoice instructions and pay within 7 working days.
